Bruce Latimer Show appearance next Wednesday

The One Mouth Band is appearing on next week's Bruce Latimer Show as a featured musical guest. This will be Sam's third visit to the longest-running variety show in the country (his first appearance alongside a Chinese storyteller and a bagpipe player received an Emmy!). It's amazing that over 700 weekly, live shows have been produced from a little warehouse TV studio in Pacifica, and it's exactly the kind of community-supported labor of love that Sam loves to participate in. If you live in the South Bay, you can watch live on you local cable access station at 9PM on 2/1. Otherwise, look the show will be rebroadcast in the greater Bay Area over the weekend, more details to come.

Jazz in January

The One Mouth Band is making a brief guest appearance at his alma mater, San Marin High School, for their annual "Jazz in January" show and fundraiser this Friday night. It's open to the public for $5 admission, and will feature high school Jazz choirs and bands.

SoVoSo extra bonus gig

Sam is filling in with SoVoSo again next Tuesday for a performance in Berkeley. This time it's mostly taking over percussion parts, where the One Mouth Band is right at home! If it turns out to be a public performance, more info will be posted soon.
